My approach to personal training is to work programmes around what you enjoy and more importantly, what you can DO, with the aim of pushing you that little bit further and getting results. I believe in the approach that actually doing even a small amount to improve your fitness, is much better than doing nothing at all - as long as you're fitter, healthier and happier, it doesn't have to become all-consuming. If you want to get seriously fit and change your body shape, then that's great too!


I'm a fully qualified Level 3, REPs registered Personal Trainer, with a specialism in Pre & Post-Natal Programming. Sessions with me will be fun, aimed at getting results and I will always available to give advice or motivation when needed, as let's face it, we all fall off the wagon from time to time.

When booking a block of session, I  provide a free wellness evaluation as part of your first session, where you can discover your inner health. Stats such as your BMI, bone density, muscle mass, body fat %, hydration levels, metabolic age and body type. We can discuss where your figures should be for optimal health and work towards improving them. As part of an ongoing training partnership, you will also receive further wellness evaluations and updates on how your stats are changing for the better. Nutritional advice will also be given, along with meal ideas and tips for healthier alternatives.




Personal training fees vary, depending on frequency and subject to special offers or packages.

Alternatively, if you want to spread the cost and train with a friend, I also provide 2-1 and 3-1 training sessions for a small group.
