I run a post-natal fitness class for any new mums wanting to get back into shape in a group. The Baby-Mumma Bootcamp is a fun, low impact workout which focuses on all the areas needing attention after childbirth.

Where and when are classes run?

I currently run classes in Harlow and Loughton in Essex. Contact me for more information.

What to expect...

The class is a fun  circuit-based programme, including cardio exercises to raise your heart rate and stations using resistance bands, light weights or bodyweight to work on all areas that need strengthening and rebuilding after childbirth. Areas such as posture, core and your bums! The class finishes with some mat work, focusing on the abs and rebuilding pelvic floor muscles.
